Born 1st August 1988 in small village Tüp in Kyrgyzstan. Artem graduated with honors from Chemistry Department of Moscow State University, Moscow, Russia in 2010. Diploma Project Title was “Synthesis of π-extended porphyrins and other oligopyrroles and their complexes with the transition metals” under supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Andrey V. Cheprakov. From 2011 to 2015 he carried out his PhD work at the group of Prof. Dr. K. Müllen at the Max-Plank Institute for Polymer Research, Mainz, Germany with a title “Polyaromatic cyclichydrocarbon based dyes and pigments”. Since September 2017 he joined the group of Prof. Dr. K. Peneva at the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena as a postdoctoral researcher. His research interests lie in synthesis of novel material for Organic Electronics and Light-driven Molecular Catalysts.
